Pros

The restructure has brought some much needed alignment and has addressed previous concerns such as communication between certain departments, and career development (more opportunities to grow without feeling stuck).

Cons

Change management needs to be worked on. Lack of clarity and last min changes on certain things makes me lose trust.

Pros

Work culture is good. Friendly vibe on the floor.

Cons

Very low salary as compared to competitors. They will say we revise salary brackets every year and keep the salary in line with market standards, but you will always be in the lower bracket. I know 3-4 people who were removed for not performing well, the same person is hired at Gain.pro with salary package double than PitchBook. Team Leads are joining other companies as Researcher or Analyst role and they are getting paid well in the other company. Never join PitchBook unless they revise salary packages and are paying in higher brackets competitive to other companies. Prefer Gain.pro or any other company over PitchBook if you want to get paid for your work. You don't learn anything on paper in MDP programme and its just a glorified thing. Even if you are top performer still you get very less hike than you deserve. 2 top performers are not allowed here, 2nd one will get the normal one. Promotion opportunities are also very less and hike in promotion is nearly 5k at every level. Company has grown 10x in Sales within last 5 years but the salary of employees has hardly increased by 2x. They will give you fancy gifts for the growth in sales. So if you want 50% of market standard salary + Fancy Gifts + Work Life Balance, then go for PitchBook, else stay unemployed. Trust me, staying unemployed is much better than working at the organization that pay very less to you. You have not spent 20 years of your life for doing this.
