      Pros

      I came in with no industry background and have had a blast learning everything there is to know about the data and the client base. The training/onboarding is great for people who need it. I never get the sunday scaries - every day is different and I'm constantly challenged, but the people here are amazing and I feel so comfortable asking questions to everyone and anyone. Also seems like a great place to grow - lots of options for people in my position to move on to other roles.

      Cons

      Must be adaptable - with aggressive growth comes the need to scale processes and it's not always smooth. That said, I think everyone's doing a great job of that for the most part.

      Users love the product and sales professionals are paid very well

      Cons

      Challenging to learn if you don’t have a background in Finance. You have to be good at self directed learning and be able to organize the significant amount of information that’s delivered to you about the product and industry every day.
