      Free food (given by Morningstar, so no pros of working at Pitchbook)

      Cons

      The entire company is a sham. Won't be in business for too long if the employees keep quitting at the rate that they currently do. Less of a "private equity" business, and more of a "white collar data entry job"

      Many upper management have been with the organization since the early days and are less steady working in a company this size
