      Good factories like Insurance, snacks

      Cons

      Only copy paste job with little learning and not relevant to the market. Senior management not fair and holds personal grudges this affecting many careers. Sad part is Morningstar India HR does not intervene.

      Management team could be better

      Pros

      The product is amazing and super interesting to learn about Company does invest in some great on boarding and training so you know your stuff and don't feel out on a limb when you start. Generous ramp up time Base salary was good.

      Cons

      Management are all very young and often only seem to be in that position because they have been there a certain amount of time which means there is no outside management experience and no way of being more neutral. It seems that if you're not in the inner clique, you don't get the same opportunities no matter how hard you work, Goal posts for things like promotions are constantly moved and there is no transparency. Terrible PTO allowance and zero option to work remotely at all which would probably help with the 20 days provided. Very young office, so if you're over 28, you will probably feel pretty old.
