      Great management, great culture, great pay

      Cons

      - Slow progression even at smaller roles - Archaic WFH opportunities (I dont want to come in 5 days a week to experience the "culture") - Micromanagement - Managers tend to hinder internal mobility

      Pathetic Management and Arena of Favouritism

      1. Flexible Timing of the office.

      Cons

      1. Management is pathetic 2. Only those who are close to the management people are promoted or favoured. 3. Manager has no sense of personal boundaries, and extremely unprofessional behaviour. 4. Copy-paste job it is but the stress of this into office politics does not even justify the nature of the job. 5. Casually Threats are made to the employees by management. Intimidating behaviour is quite often seen and observed.
