      Good Money for good Job

      Pros

      Learned a lot of information about Private Markets, and this helped me in moving to International education, good colleagues.

      Cons

      Money was good but needed to be substantial with the effort of manual labour put in for 8 hours, did not adopt AI in the early stage and now is going to use in the work, work is monotonous and repetitive but does not matter if you only come for money.

      Great place for freshers to learn about the private equity and venture capital space. Structured onboarding and training processes. Supportive and approachable team leads/managers Timely salary payments and stable job environment. Opportunities to enhance secondary research skills. Exposure to global markets and financial datasets.

      Cons

      Highly repetitive and monotonous tasks with little creative engagement. Minimal scope for learning beyond your immediate role. Targets and KPIs can be unrealistic or stressful at times. Work feels mechanical after a point, especially in data roles.
