      Pros

      PitchBook has some terrific people working for it and there is very little in the way of politics. Leaders and executives are very accessible and willing to help.

      Cons

      The company is growing very quickly and some things are affected because of that. Communication could be better and some processes could be improved.

      Pros

      If you are on the right team, you will work with people who are passionate about their jobs and want the best for those around them. The onboarding is fairly good. I came into the company with very little knowledge of the industry and was able to adapt in just a few weeks.

      Cons

      Leadership has no vision. Pay is extremely low. Monoculture. Most people are so young that it's hard to find a mentor inside the company. Progress moves at a glacial pace compared to other tech companies of their size.
