      Pros

      Not a good base, but probably one of the best commission structures that you will find for this level of sales. Very fun group.

      Cons

      Disconnect between employees, and not a lot of management/training for new hires.

      Pros

      The industry we are involved with is so dynamic and vibrant. It has been great to learn and continue to grow my career within this space. The culture and people within the business makes it a fun place to be and something i look forward to when i wake up in the morning. Our room to grow within European market is significant and an exciting challenge moving forward.

      The start-up environment at PitchBook is dynamic, but this also provides many opportunities to grow inside the company and find new opportunities.
