reorg at the start of '25, RTO as of '26

- morale in the London office is very low - currently growing at a slower pace than historically, so sales staff is under a lot of pressure. - insistent on bringing everyone in the office 5 days a week to increase team cohesion and collaboration. No exceptions can be made, even when staff have genuine reasons or have been here for many years.
