Pros

- Great perks pre/post COVID - Bonus/Commissions are above industry standard - There will be Socials to ensure people are bonding

Cons

- Lacking of Transparency; Company kept telling everybody that we are fine, but there are making worrying decisions (ie revoke internal promotion, cancelling Christmas party, social budgets) signs that budgets are cutting from all angle - Regional offices: As long as you’re not in the US, you have minimal influence onto decisions. “Top management” in regional office are being seen as messengers, not to mention middle management, - Aggressive budgeting: The inability to budget properly taking in the fact of external environment, threats etc has such a big impact, resulting in a huge gap at Sales and CS team. Lack of management talent: There are great managers at PitchBook. But there are some that are simply not doing much. Managers come to meetings unprepared, quite a few of them hasn’t been able to gain respect in the office.
