      1. Gives Proper Training. 2. Colleagues are helpful. 3. Encourages Work Life Balance. 4. Team Events and Parties. 5. Sodexo Bonus every month on small achievements. 6. Gifts from Pitchbook and Morningstar both. 7. Yearly Bonus. 8. Christmas Holidays.

      1. Weekly Targets which are sometimes hard to manage. 2. A lot of changes in the process occur at short amount of time that confuses the researcher. 3. Error marking which is different with every QA.

      Pros

      I have worked in a few large companies, but the culture has never been as impressive as it has at PitchBook. PitchBook provide every perk you can think of as an SDR, whether it be fun nights out with your team, generous monthly incentives for top performers or just an overall flexible and easy going working environment. Management are very supportive with your onboarding on a day to day basis you are constantly helped to progress. The salary at an SDR level is more than competitive and the opportunity for progression is very quick. The company is growing rapidly and the brand is now widely recognized as the best in its field. I would highly recommend PitchBook across the board!

      I can honestly say I haven't come across any cons from my time so far in PitchBook.
