      Pros

      Company wants to make sure that you are always taken care of in regards to mental health, lots of days off on months that don't have a holiday and care about your progression in the company, as well as lots of fun virtual events. Everyone is SO welcoming and warm.

      Cons

      The pay for all the positions are absolutely garbage, and no negotiations for the pay. Way under market. I can go get an SDR position with a different company that pays at least 5k more than mine and I am way above an SDR.

      - Disconnect between leadership - Doesn't seem like there is an overall plan for roles/departments - Too much focus on alcohol
