      This company has no direction.

      Cons

      There are lots off lay offs in all regions, for usa its in the news paper now. Management is full of politics and has no idea about the situation. On-site people are just saving their job by doing some stupid stuff. They are lots of burden to save the existing job rather than doing the job. Paid Survey, fake linkedin posts, glassdoor fake reviews is not going to help now.
