Pros

The people are great. SendTech can be an exciting place to work.

Cons

Hestia is probably going to do everything to get the stock price up and then have a fire sale. They just laid off 400 people. They’re now requiring everyone within a 60-minute one-way commute to return to the office. That’s a way to get more people to leave on their own.

Pros

Inside sales Department was nice, job was easy and remote. Managers seemed like they cared about team members

Cons

Company will not tell employees the truth about anything Team members terrified over leaving their position The customers we called all day were nice to talk to but the company laid off 500+ employees without warning. I was 1 of them. Pay is low.
