Pros

The company is working on redefining itself, it is trying hard to get the right people / strategies and other aspect in place. They really want to change. There are departments in PB that are great, and have phenomenal leadership. There's others that are sorely lacking. It's why you see reviews all over the place

Cons

The majority of senior management is either legacy, or IBM legacy. There is very little 'think different'. While they have a stated desire at the ELT to drive different direction, as it trickles down the Legacy PB kicks in. I've been disappointed that they do not seem to hold all execs and senior management to the same level of accountability

Pros

Decent Products Good Customers Good benefits

Cons

Transforming for 8 years + Several Senior Executives, part of boys club, that should have been gone years ago. No options for the people doing the work... only management. Results in overall poor employee engagement.

Don’t do it!

Pros

Great schedule 6-2:30. Let’s you have a life!

Cons

Almost impossible to make a commission. You over call companies asking if they need ink for their postage meters. You make 300 calls a day and get told off by the customers all the time! Hard to make a sale because customers have been over sold and have no need to buy supplies. Plus a lot of companies are not using postage that much anymore. If you don’t hit your quota for the month, you get written up. If you don’t hit 80% of sales, you don’t get a commission check for all the stress and hard work you did all month! After 3 write ups, they fire you regardless of you doing your job!! They have their own temp agency in house because they cycle through so many employees!
