Company in downward spiral

Pros

Most of the people I worked with were good eggs. There were a few bad eggs but overall, not nasty people which I've experienced elsewhere.

Cons

The company is in a state of decline being disrupted by digital technologies (total SaaS products). They know hardware is the bread and butter of their revenue but in keeping that mentality, they will eventually erode their business due to better competitive products with better pricing and no contracts (or hardware needed). They'll only keep limping along until Europe catches up digitally (where they are currently unaffected). Then it's game over for PB.

Cons

Compensation not commensurate with workload Apathetic HR department Management disregards employee grievances Clear job descriptions superseded by a figure-it-out mentality
