      Great benefits, job security, and people. Generally good products, good resources and L&D. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Onboarding is only a week long, and because the Ecomm team is so new, there aren't many resources for the product you will be selling. Upper management is oblivious to the reality of starting a new product from scratch. PB is a big company, so don't expect a startup collaborative culture. Sometimes it is like herding cats to get the help you need. Below average pay and commission.
