Good benefits, good environment, they pay salary on time, lot of attempts to improve them self

Cons

Since management started thinking about money only, they are not a company who is looking for innovations. There are few people in the top management team, who allow themself to "innovate", the others, in their opinion, must just follow them.

Pros

Good pay, great benefits, good working schedule.

Cons

Constant restructure of bonus pay and performance to insure they only pay the minimum possible. Restructured performance to cut sales staff by 25-35% instead of just laying off due to drop in revenue. Always a uphill battle with clients due to poor customer service and cost of service being 2x competitors on average.
