Pros

Average pay, good benefits and paid time off.

Cons

Constant reshuffling of divisions and upper management. Little or no pay raises in last 15 years. At one time pay was above average for technicians but not now. Long time employees, (20+years) not really recognized, valued, or rewarded anymore.

Pros

Great management , opportunities for growth and work environment. The organization has a clear vision and mission statement. It live by a great creed of "client team win and innovation." ......

Cons

The company is not stable yet after its transition from a manufacturing to technology company. Pitney Bowes has very few draw because they work so hard at engaging its workforce to do the right thing all of the time.

None that I can think of...

Cons

Typical call center/sweatshop environment. Nothing but micromanagement and unreal expectations.
