Pros

Pitney Bowes offers its employees an impressive benefit package including generous time off. Opportunities to be an agile or home agent exist.

Cons

Wages are kept at a minimum. As a 10 year employee, 5 of those years there has been a salary freeze so wages are lacking compared to new hires. There has been no attempt to re-balance wages as a result of these freezes.

Pros

Company has made great progress in reinventing itself while the primary industries (print & mail) have seen difficulties. The new CEO (an IBMer) is doing a great job.

Cons

PB provides so many products and services and they don't seem to be very integrated. It would be nice to see better communication to both employees as well as customers about the depth of product offerings.
