      Pros

      Flexibility, depending on your supervisor. Average benefits with above average vacation. Great rewards if you are a director or more for accomplishing money making tasks.

      Cons

      Lack of consistent planning in direction and lots of wasted effort. Nobody wants to take ownership. Those that do will usually sink fast if they make a single mistake. Far too many meetings with nothing being said and less being done. Too much emphasis put on the next quarter - too little on investing in the future. Wage freezes VERY common - little to no additional earnings.
