Pros

Decent company when compared with the market place. Do your job and they leave you alone.

Cons

For physical side of the business: little or no advancement or training, no raises in 5 years as of 2014. If on-site, job has become a form of adult day care. PBI is focusing on digital and leaving the physical side to languish and fade away.

Pros

Pitney Bowes offers its employees an impressive benefit package including generous time off. Opportunities to be an agile or home agent exist.

Cons

Wages are kept at a minimum. As a 10 year employee, 5 of those years there has been a salary freeze so wages are lacking compared to new hires. There has been no attempt to re-balance wages as a result of these freezes.
