Pros

Some team members are allowed to work remote (some are not but do the same job).

Cons

Always pivoting direction in the financial services segment. Micro managed from the top down. Weak decision makers. Less than market salary for experienced employees. Middle management doesn’t even know what’s coming or changes that have already been made. Terrible communication from senior management. Very limited advancement potential.

Pros

Good Benifits, Good amount of days off.

Cons

However you have to maintain quota. They will fire you if you dont make it. I seen them fire 2 of my co-workers because of quota. Mind you we came out of training like a month before. I personally left after seeing that. I cant deal with that pressure. It has you stressing even after work is finished.
