Great Benefits, some corporate structure tries to make it worthwhile to work, awesome 401k, tuition reimbursement, great bonus structure if you can get to it.

Cons

Live in constant fear of not hitting bonus and not being able to pay bills. First month on the floor tracking for bonus, but if you don't hit a huge sales goal you make zilch for bonus. Managers have no concept of how to coach employees and only focus on doing useless reports to try to forecast where they might be in the next five minutes. Good luck getting help with a question as the supervisors in sales often have no clue.

One of the only things PB has going for it is the flexible schedule and work arrangements. Unfortunately, some employees have taken advantage of this Laissez faire approach.

Cons

The technology products and services they provide are simply outdated and unable to compete. Staff is woefully undertrained for the task at hand. Organization is top heavy and needs direction. Pay and training is below other comparable companies.
