Pros

Good big company to work for. Had a great training facility located in Peachtree City. Could have been a company to retire with.

Cons

Working at the local site, if you were not the brown noser you didn't stay. Back stabbing from the supervisor happened alot. If it wasn't his idea, it was incorrect. Not worried about how to keep the customer happy and getting the work out.

Flexibility with your schedule if you are hitting numbers. Good relationships with colleagues, lots of opportunities to sell different products. Good benefits.

Cons

Isolated with the agile workplace, and not clear communication on direction from senior management. Poor ongoing training and support.
