      Work life benefits since there is no quality work :). Sometimes VP India, HR try to make it a good place.

      Cons

      Company is run by managers, not by policies. No value of good work, You can grow if you have some one close in higher management, "Yes Sir" culture will work with you. Silent layoffs. Company hire talented people , soon they leave.
