      Large customer base so it's easy to fill your day with customer visits; strong benefits; lot of freedom

      Cons

      Comp Plan is beyond awful; if you are college grad or recent grad not a bad place to start; if you have any experience and want to make real money DO NOT work for this company. The support is terrible; the admin work to process your order is ridiculous; was by far the worst work environment I have ever experienced

      They got rid of everyone in 2008 in finance sent all the jobs to Troy, NY and now India ...Are you kidding? That is an Americab compnay and look what happened Pitney Bowes still went down the tubes should of kept us in Connecticut?????Had 25 years they said there was not an opening anywhere in the company for me..???? I am only 45 went to college wth

      Pros

      At one time it was a technology and innovation leader. Work was interesting and challenging. The company was very good about recognizing individuals for their contributions.

      Cons

      The last 5 years or so only a half heated attempt was made to compete with digital mail and billing resulting in a dramatic decline in business, The end result was a severe cut back in IR&D funding and massive ongoing layoffs.
