Pros
1. You can have good work life balance. 2. Company sponsers any training that you may want to do and which suits your present and future role.
Cons
1. Too much politics. 2. No growth opportunity unless you know someone in top management. 3. Top management does not know what to do with the company. 4. Mean technical competency of employees is below average. 5. Mean management competency is way below average. 6. Almost not software engineering processes are followed. 7. India office is more of a cheap resource center to the West.
