      The India Office has potential and opportunities galore. People who sticky by will eventually succeed but it takes a combination of business acumen, boardroom smarts and technical virtuosity to get there.

      Cons

      Some roles are awfully structured and are in the netherworld of high management expectations with low empowerment.

      They are very good and developing and supporting their own employees. You will find your self working with some great teams with some very good products.

      Cons

      Some of the managers brought into the business from outside the industry have taken a very short term view of the situation. Putting short term gain before long term security.
