Pros

Pitney being my fifth company and the only company where I stayed for more than three years, really justified the tag of being one of the best places to work for. The work life is something which really stands out from rest of the organizations I have worked for, or heard about. Also, the learning initiatives are really employee centric.

Cons

The only downside I could point out is lack of sports activities in the organisation. Being a cricket lover, I would really like if the company could take more interest in outdoor sports activities.
