Pros

Great international presence. Offers flexible working available (both in terms of hours and remote working). Some attempts made to engage with the workforce.

Cons

Salary not competitive. Progression depends to a large extent on who you know and not how well you do your job. A lot of red-tape. Slow to adapt to changes in the market place.

Pros

There was opportunity to earn a commission if you were able to provide a sales lead. The commission was 1% on a new order. They provided good training for the field technicians.

Cons

The company decided to move to a dealer model during the sale of the copier division, current employees were transitioned to another company and lost a lot of the things that made it a good company to work for.
