Fantastic benefits, ownership who seems to genuinely care for most of their employees. Upward mobility, if you are willing to work hard for it.

A lot of the management structure in place is not consistent, so responsibilities constantly get moved around. Lack of consistency in decision making and sticking to a plan makes things difficult in busy times.
