      Great job when your young and have time to wait for advancement to drive. Otherwise management pulls favorites.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Can be good exercise. Meet alot of different people.

      Cons

      Make you work way to many hours sometimes. Management is terrible. Very political when they favoritism for advancements Almost impossible to move up from dock worker to driver. Dirty environment with alot of safety hazards and reckless people. Favoritism towards employees ruined it. No overtime until worked 3 years.
