7yWe would like to thank you for your remark and for your advice (which has been shared with the Management). We did a worldwide Employee Engagement Survey, gathered the observations, ideas and suggestions from the employees. Our work is still in progress, but in regards to your remark, we will make sure that all the employees are informed step by step about our advancement and when they can expect concrete proposals and actions.

We have recently conducted an engagement survey on the same topics, we received positive outcome and also aspects which need to be fixed and on which we are currently working.
