Pros

Very flexible environment where you can create your own path. Once you earn the respect of the company, they company will have your back.

Cons

Sometimes that flexibility is not for everyone. It’s easy to get lost on non essential task. Stay focus on why you want to achieve and you’ll be fine

Pros

Great product that enables many to perform 3D reconstruction for profit or fun. Good software practices (TDD, versioning, code reviews), Agile development but adapted to real conditions. People are open-minded and nice, and they care about the product.

Cons

Open-space work environment, office is a bit crowded. Scaling quickly, so you see many people coming in fast, so things change/move quickly.
