Cons
Pay is really quite terrible Because of the low pay, there's a ton of turnover. This turnover makes everything more challenging as people with great knowledge and relationships keep leaving so quickly Swiss team gets great allotted vacation amounts whereas the US gets 'unlimited' (which is not all it is cracked up to be) Really challenging to work with the main Swiss office on multiple issues Everything moves slow Pix works across SO MANY verticals. Jack of all trades sort of thing...this variety is fun but makes it really difficult to really specialize or nail anything compared to smaller competitors
