Really smart people that work here. Yearly travel to see the team.

Cons

A lot. - CEO is overbearing - Negative and inappropriate comments were made to me on multiple occasions, leaving me in tears. - No work-to-life balance - Micromanagement - People are miserable and it's evident - Camera off policy doesn't allow for you to interact - CEO asked me to shut off my camera in a zoom call - Low pay - Lots of Layoffs. Management can't seem to decide on a HQ so they lay people off when they change their minds

Some very smart people who work here, and most are kind.

Cons

-You absolutely cannot make any decisions without approval from CEO directly. Often times, you are stuck waiting for any answer at all and this puts tremendous strain on client relationships. -Nothing is communicated throughout the company, including product pricepoints, employee layoffs, comp changes, etc. It's always a guessing game. -Rarely given actionable feedback. Often talked down to. Truly a culture bred in fear. -Some people stick around because they "know too much" and are scared to leave...plus the compensation is good. Everything else is swept under the rug.

Some employees are very nice.

Cons

Everyone in the company acknowledges that there is a HUGE bottleneck (CEO & CTO) however no one is willing to say it out of fear of retribution. Management is completely disorganized, and cannot hold a meeting schedule for even 2 weeks in a row. Everything changes on a whim here so save yourself the trouble.
