-Competitive salary & hard work is rewarded with compensation increases -Helpful and Educated Coworkers -No Micromanaging; nobody will bug you about working from home if you have appointments / errands. This in particular is helpful when scheduling personal travel -100% Covered healthcare (as an individual, not sure about partner benefits) -Big Data (big plus for people seeking to dip their toes in this field of analysis)

Cons

-Open office model may not suit everyone, there can be undesired distractions (doesn't apply to remote workers) -Onboarding of new employees can be hard; role documentation leaves something to be desired (you should be someone OK with learning on the job) -Weekly workload can be hard to predict, and this can sometime lead to weeks where work/life balance is worse than others - Niche nature of the product makes it hard to find new team members with relevant experience.
