Pros

Enjoyed working with a manager (who I was 'handed off' to by the co-founder) and a few other friendly employees. There are no other advantages for working for this company - despite all the 'fake' promises and 'rosy' picture they paint during the interview process!

Cons

No clear structure, job description and promises made during interview process that were not kept once work began. Founder and Co-founder want to be involved in every little piece of work, yet they know nothing about the way their company works and how the data they need is all over the place. No focus on doing things right and taking the time to put processes in place, rather, an attitude to put work together quickly and manually is used each time. Big focus on "creating explanations" to make sure the manually created data/numbers match up to the narrative - BIG RED FLAG Leadership does not care about their employees - reported to the co-founder "on paper", did not take any concerns seriously, seemed very confused about the work that needed to be done and had no idea how processes within the company worked. The leadership has no morals or values.

Pros

There are none. I would have said remote work and lunch stipend before Covid but remote is everywhere now and they don’t do the stipend any more

Cons

Blatant sexism/sex discrimination. The founders are completely toxic, absolutely horrible people. They seem to hate everyone, but especially women. They don’t seem to actually want the company to succeed and they micromanage every detail until there is no oxygen left for any creative thinking.
