Paid lunches Good coworkers Middle management is good and the only reason people don’t leave

Cons

Founders micromanage everything. Myself and many female employees feel mistreated by the founders. Many product issues leading to angry clients. CEO makes brash decisions and big changes that impact employees role without any discussion or warning. Inflated ego. Don’t trust any of the employees. Paranoid that people are out to get them. No empathy for employees. This list can go on forever.

Great people to work with, zero ego culture Fast paced and growing Good work life balance

Cons

Seen few people shown the door because they did not excel in their roles. Not sure if this is a pro, but definitely it will rub people the wrong way Benefits can improve Growth pains, much better organized than a regular startup but still a bit disorganized
