Many smart people in the company Remote work Seems like they are equal opportunity bad actors for all races and sexes.

Cons

Founders don't care about employees careers. All about extracting work. Micromanage everything. Fostered a culture of no decisions being made without going all the way to the top. False claims about salary/bonus/company valuation.

This company is truly what you make it out to be. Management supports growth and new ideas are encouraged. The person who will thrive here is the one who is always coming up with new ideas and looking to make positive changes.

Cons

Not really a con, but those who try to slide by under the radar or think they can avoid performing because the roles are all remote are usually not here for very long.
