Best company work culture I've experienced in the game industry. Employees are young, bright, and full of energy. Lots of collaborative thinking and investment in employee retention and growth

Inexperience as this is a fairly young studio

Good work/life balance. Nice teammates. Lots of creative freedom & impact on your craft. Remote friendly for many states. Great values and culture, as far as willingness to address social issues as a company and in the games.

Cons

Company future seems a bit unclear. Leadership seems a bit confused and lacking a clear direction/vision. Not very competitive compensation.
