Fast-Moving Company, Empowers People Within, Fun Culture

Pros

Best-in-class product, leading a highly competitive industry. 1st Party Tech is 2nd to none, and future couldn't be brighter with execution on the product side. Empowers individuals to take the bull by the horns. Smartest people I've ever worked with, from top to bottom. Culture is phenomenal, as work-life balance can't be better.

Cons

Communication could be improved between various departments. Sometimes there are too many people involved in the decision-making process, and with a high growth rate, it's important to stay focused and make business decisions faster and wiser.
