      Pros

      One of the only reasons I'm still there is because I have some great co-workers. The pay and benefits are acceptable too, but barely worth the headaches this place gives me.

      Cons

      Poor communication throughout the company. Management doesn't treat people like people. Worried more about production numbers so they can get their bonuses.

      Pros

      Placon has a lot of good people that want to do the right thing for the company. The family that owns the business believes in providing an environment where everyone is treated respectfully. Pay is competitive. Great benefits. Executive team communicates company goals.

      Cons

      Managers do not always deal well with poor performers. Mid to lower level management does not communicate needed information to employees. Some business processes do not flow well.
