Pros

A daily reminder that one works simply to live not the other way around. The far reach and many branches are impressive.

Cons

Like many banks or financial institutions, Plains has no regard for its people. Any fixes are simply bandaids or put in place to mask the root cause. Sales are pressed high to this day and only shows they have no regard for their customers either.

Pros

There is no pros at all.

Cons

Disgruntled employees, supervisors who are supervisors because of their years rather than what they know, very low salary. Was getting paid about almost $12 an hour (notice I said almost, not $12) as a TELLER SUPERVISOR.
