Laid back culture, employee events, friendly employees, generous sick pay

Cons

Compensation, benefits are bad, some managers don't fit their role and LAZY. Some roles are very understaffed are upper management refuses to provide necessary help. Work weeks can turn into working late often Talent is leaving while lazy, people with no experience are hired to replace.

Amazing company to work for. Great time off and relaxed work environment that make for a happy employee who is willing to work harder.

Cons

As with all "bank" jobs pay is not as much as I would like, but when you weight your work life vs your personal life it was a no brainer to me.
