Every day brought new challenges that helped me step outside of my comfort zone. It was a lot of fun and I learned a ton!

Cons

Balancing multiple fast-approaching deadlines at all times was the hardest part.

Pros

I felt fairly confident about my decision to join PlanITROI from the start, and so far it has proven to be one of my favorite. I like how straightforward everything is, and that I don’t need to sacrifice personal time to succeed. Also my colleagues are incredibly friendly. Just good all around.

Cons

The one con I can think of is that the pay isn’t the most competitive, however I’m happy to knock a few bucks off my paycheck for mental health’s sake.
