Leadership goes out of their way to show appreciation. Feedback is given in a timely manner. Company culture of positivity and encouragement. Great group of people to work with.

Cons

Communication wasn’t the best. Pay wasn’t high enough for me to stay.

Relatively easy work if you already have at least a couple years under your belt, though it’s very possible to quickly gain proficiency if you’re comfortable with on-the-job learning. Coworkers are very helpful if you ever feel stuck. There is enough time to complete your assignments without feeling rushed. Managers are understanding and reasonable with their expectations.

Cons

Doing the same thing every day gets repetitive. Can be a pro for people who prefer a set routine.

Working at PlanITROI was fantastic both for overall happiness as well as the breadth of experience I gained. Being that this was my first professional job, I was excited to learn about many different aspects of the business, and I was given ample opportunity to do so.

Cons

Once I built up my resume, I decided to explore different options since I knew I wouldn’t feel at peace if I only stayed with one company my entire life. That said, I would definitely return to work here again in the future.
