Being able to count on team members to do their job is extremely valuable. There may be times when things slip but we can call them and get the answers.

Cons

Many spreadsheets to find info. Lots of emails instead of calls or work flows.

I really enjoy the teammates we have here at PlanITROI. I appreciate all the high-level mentors we have available. I appreciate how much time we put to books and learning. Self-growth at PROI is priority and I apricate that. As I grow into a young leader, I apricate the next level of teammates now learning from me.

I value my coworkers and my department. I feel like I have grown a lot with the company and look forward to more. I value my position in the company. I feel like there should not be a length in characters only under what I value with company.
