People really do care about people. The management team are very deliberate about the actions that have to be taken, and they take the time to figure out what really has to be done and then explain it. There are always a lot of exciting ideas and new initiatives.

Cons

"- need less shiny objects (we seem to forget a lot of why we start something) - we really do need to pay people more -- go out to market and figure out what others are paying and pay competitively - be slightly more patient"

Our Mission, Our Fundamentals, the support from ELT, SLT and our teams, as we are constantly work on cultivating a culture and mission of Improvements and Growth, not only for the company, but also for ourselves. Paul Baum is a Key Motivator for this and encourages us all to work on Personal Growth which leads to Professional Growth (I dont know if many get to see that or know that about Paul). I appreciate the coaching and mentoring I am able to seek within PlanITROI.

"We are working on improving our ways of prioritizing our Massive Actions, stay focused on what is going to help reach our Company WIG. Improve the ways to execute our individual and team goals and ensure that we truly understand how they tie to our Company Goals. Stay engaged, committed, for teammates to see the value and impact of their work/ contributions to PlanITROI. >Ensure we take a look back and evaluate how each one of us owns a role in the company, and how that role connects within our team and to the WIG. Feel comfortable having discussions if a teammate does not feel committed individually or sees their contributions. Having open dialog with key teammates can help prevent loosening talent, engagement, commitment that is needed for PlanITROI's growth. If teammates do not see or feel how their individual work is contributing, there will be disengagement."
